Peter really did a great job navigating me through the process of buying a home, and truly made my first-time homebuyer experience enjoyable. Peter Aziz !!! Man oh man what a wonderful agent. My husband and I were lucky enough to be able to have Peter not only help us buy our first home but also sell it and buy our second home! He has a his client first mentality and makes sure all concerns are address throughout the process. He is a "bull" when it comes to negotiations and getting the best deal for his clients. I had first interacted with Peter on a previous home with him not as my agent. After seeing how incredibly knowledgeable and experienced he is in the housing industry, I knew I had to work with him immediately. The whole process of finding our dream home went amazingly well and with Peter’s exceptional experience we were able to throw down competitive offers (within our budget) and make it to the top offers. It took a mere month for us to go from offer #1 to getting an offer accepted and into escrow. Escrow was no different and we were able to close within 21 days with a seamless and very efficient process between realtors, lenders, and escrow due to Peter’s amazing calibration skills. All in all we are very lucky to have had Peter’s guidance as we now are home owners!!
