Found of Peter Aziz & Associates, Peter has a background in structured commercial finance and has spent two decades negotiating mega-sized-transactions with Fortune 500 companies and private equity groups, all while being an active Real Estate Investor. Peter understands the legal complexities and nuances surrounding real estate and financial transactions, while having the negotiation skills and financial acumen to represent the most discerning of clients. Peter represents his own clients, but also maintains close dialogue and engagement with each of his Team Members to ensure each client of the brokerage receives quality services and consultation.

Associate

Dalia has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley for nearly 20 years and has a keen understanding of the local real estate market. Her educational and professional background in public policy, coupled with her experience in residential real estate sales in the area, give her a unique perspective and ability to navigate the industry efficiently and professionally. Her attention to detail and desire to advocate for her clients’ best interest allow Dalia to offer high level real estate services.
